Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant activation of perks, we cannot offer refunds on any purchases. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your transaction.

Terms of Purchase

1. Eligibility

You must be a member of the Los Angeles City Roleplay Discord server and have a valid Roblox account to purchase and receive products.

2. Payment

All payments are processed through Robux. You must have sufficient Robux balance to complete your purchase.

3. Delivery

Digital perks and items are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Custom items may take up to 24-48 hours to process.

4. Account Responsibility

Perks are tied to your account. We are not responsible for perks lost due to account sharing, bans, or violations of our community rules.

5. Perk Duration

Unless otherwise specified, VIP and premium perks are permanent. Some items or perks may be time-limited - this will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. Transferability

Purchased perks and items are non-transferable unless specifically stated (such as Office Key Access which can be assigned to another member).

Prohibited Actions

Attempting to chargeback or dispute legitimate purchases

Sharing or reselling purchased perks to other users

Exploiting bugs or glitches related to purchased items

Using purchased perks to break community rules

Violation of these rules may result in removal of perks without refund and potential ban from the community.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any products or perks at any time. Existing purchases will be honored, but future availability is not guaranteed. We also reserve the right to update these policies at any time.

Support

If you experience issues with your purchase:

  1. Take a screenshot of your purchase confirmation
  2. Open a support ticket in our Discord server
  3. Provide your Roblox username and purchase details
  4. Wait for a staff member to assist you

Response times may vary based on ticket volume. Please be patient and respectful to our support staff.
